There were no assigned lectures today and we had final edits on Thivanka's manuscript so we worked from home. During this time we enjoyed some black tea with jaggery which is a sweet solid made from the concentrated syrup of Kithul or coconut trees. In Aftrica and parts of Asia it is also made from concentrated cane juice. It is a healthy sweetner. I prepared my lecture for tomorrow and Friday plus reviewed Joanne's doctoral thesis chapter.
